· Global checkout is offered for some one-time purchases to buyers outside the Republic of Korea, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Buyers in Korea pay through PayDream's domestic checkout under the PayDream Terms.
· For a global checkout order, AZET LLC buys the product from the creator and sells it to you in its own name. Your contract is with AZET LLC. The charge appears on your statement as AZET LLC.
· Before delivery starts you can cancel for a full refund within 7 days. Products that are not as described or not delivered are always refunded.
1. Who you are buying from
PayDream (paydream.io) is a marketplace operated by Dreamsi. Products are made by independent creators ("Creators"). When you pay through global checkout (Stripe), AZET LLC ("AZET", "we") buys the ordered product (including a licence to use digital content) from the Creator and sells it to you as the merchant of record. AZET receives your payment as its own revenue, issues your receipt, handles tax, refunds and chargebacks. The Creator is named on the product page and delivers the product on AZET's behalf.
2. Where global checkout is available
Global checkout is not offered to consumers in the Republic of Korea, the European Union or the United Kingdom, and is not used for subscriptions. We decide availability from the country your connection comes from and the country that issued your card. If either is one of these places, you are routed to domestic checkout or the purchase is declined, and any amount taken is refunded in full.
3. Price, tax and payment
- Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW) and include any tax AZET must charge for your location. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
- AZET sets its resale price; unless stated otherwise it is the price shown on the product page. Promotion codes issued by AZET may reduce the price at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. AZET does not receive or store your full card number. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount and may charge a fee AZET does not control.
- We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery if we suspect fraud, a pricing error or a breach of these terms; any payment taken is then refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Files, links and licence keys appear in your order history (members) or through order lookup (guests) as soon as payment is confirmed, with a confirmation email. Services and events are delivered on the dates on the product page. If you do not receive access, write to help@paydream.io.
5. Refunds and cancellation
- Before delivery starts — before you first download a file or open a link, before the Creator marks a service as started, before an event starts — you can cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund from your order history.
- Once delivery starts, that part cannot be cancelled for change of mind. You confirm this above the pay button.
- Not as described or not delivered: you are refunded even after delivery starts. Write to help@paydream.io within 3 months of receiving the product, or within 30 days of noticing the problem.
- Refunds are paid by AZET from its own funds to your original payment method, usually within 3 business days of the decision. Your card issuer may take a few more days.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
6. Licence and acceptable use
Unless the product page grants broader rights, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own purposes. You may not resell, share or redistribute files, links or licence keys. Access may be suspended if a key is shared publicly or a payment is reversed.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact help@paydream.io first — we can refund directly. If you file a chargeback with your bank, AZET responds to it as the merchant of record, and access may be suspended while it is open.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AZET's total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and AZET is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Personal data
To sell and deliver your order, your name, email, order and payment details are shared between Dreamsi (operator of PayDream), AZET LLC (USA) and Stripe, Inc. (USA), as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
