What PayDream is
PayDream (paydream.io) is an online marketplace where creators sell digital products: e-books and PDF guides, templates and design files, online classes and coaching, event tickets, and software licence keys. Buyers pay on PayDream's checkout and receive their purchase immediately — files to download, a link, or a licence key — in their order history and by email.
PayDream is operated by AZET LLC, a limited liability company organised in Ohio, USA.
Merchant of record
For orders paid through PayDream's global checkout (Stripe), AZET LLC is the merchant of record. AZET LLC acquires the right to resell each product from the creator and sells it to the buyer in its own name. That means:
- The charge on your card or wallet statement comes from AZET LLC (descriptor PAYDREAM).
- AZET LLC handles payment, receipts, refunds, chargebacks and payment support.
- Prices are shown including tax. AZET LLC calculates, collects and remits VAT, GST and US sales tax where it is required to.
- The creator remains responsible for the content of the product, its quality and delivery of any live service, and for owning the rights to it.
How buying works
- Choose a product and open checkout. You can buy as a member or as a guest.
- Pay with a card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) or, in Korea, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, PAYCO or Samsung Pay. Prices are charged in Korean won (KRW); your card issuer converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
- Get access right away: downloads, links and licence keys appear in your order history, and a receipt is emailed to you.
- Subscriptions renew at the same price and interval until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

For creators
