1. Who you are buying from
PayDream (paydream.io) is operated by AZET LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("AZET", "we"). Products on PayDream are created by independent creators ("Creators"). When you pay for an order through PayDream's global checkout, AZET acquires the right to resell that product from the Creator and sells it to you in its own name as the merchant of record. Your contract of sale is with AZET. The Creator is named on each product page and remains responsible for the content of the product, as described in section 6.
2. Products
PayDream sells digital products and services: downloadable files (e-books, templates, design assets), access links, online classes and coaching, event tickets and software licence keys. Each product page states what you receive, how and when it is delivered, and any requirements (for example, software you need to open a file). Read it before you buy.
3. Prices, tax and payment
- Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW) and include tax. Where AZET must charge VAT, GST or sales tax for your location, it is included in the price and shown on your receipt. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay to AZET.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Accepted methods depend on your location and include major cards and, in Korea, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, PAYCO and Samsung Pay. AZET does not receive or store your full card number.
- If your payment method is in another currency, your card issuer or wallet converts the KRW amount and may charge a foreign transaction fee. AZET does not control those fees.
- The charge appears on your statement as PAYDREAM (or a similar descriptor that includes PAYDREAM).
- We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery if we suspect fraud, a pricing error or a breach of these terms; any payment taken is then refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed: downloads, links and licence keys appear in your order history (members) or through order lookup (guests), and a confirmation email is sent. Live services and events are delivered on the dates stated on the product page. If you do not receive access, contact help@paydream.io.
5. Subscriptions
- A subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase until you cancel. The price and interval of an active subscription do not change.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or from the link in your receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry once a day; after three failed attempts the subscription ends. We never charge for missed periods retroactively.
6. Responsibility for product content
The Creator warrants to AZET that it owns or has the right to sell the product and that the product matches its description. AZET sells the product "as described" on its page. If a product is not as described, is defective or is not delivered, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and AZET handles that refund. AZET does not provide the live services offered by Creators and is not responsible for advice or opinions expressed in a Creator's content.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
8. Licence and acceptable use
Unless the product page grants broader rights, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own purposes. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute files, links or licence keys. We may disable access if a licence key is shared publicly or a purchase is reversed (for example by chargeback).
9. Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with an order, please contact help@paydream.io first — most problems are solved within a few business days, and we can refund directly. If you file a chargeback with your bank instead, AZET will respond to it as the merchant of record, and access to the product may be suspended while it is open.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AZET's total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Buyers in Korea are additionally protected by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, as described in our Korean 이용약관 and 환불 규정.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published; for subscriptions, we will notify you at least 7 days before a change takes effect (30 days for changes that are less favourable to you).
