Seller (Reseller) Agreement

How AZET LLC resells your products as merchant of record, what it charges and how you are paid.

Effective 2026년 10월 13일 또는 글로벌 결제(Stripe) 개시일 중 늦은 날 (published 2026년 10월 6일). For creators who registered before the publication date, the fee in section 4 applies 30 days after publication unless they accept it earlier, as required by section 7 of the Korean seller terms.
Between AZET LLC, 6545 Market Ave N Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721, USA ("AZET") and the creator who accepts this agreement ("Creator"). The Korean version is the 글로벌 결제(판매대행) 이용 조건; for creators in Korea, the Korean version prevails if they differ.

1. Appointment as reseller and merchant of record

  1. The Creator grants AZET a non-exclusive, worldwide right to sell, deliver and license the Creator's listed products to buyers on PayDream, in AZET's own name, for orders paid through PayDream's global checkout (Stripe).
  2. For each such order, AZET buys the right to supply that copy or service from the Creator and resells it to the buyer. AZET is the seller and merchant of record: it contracts with the buyer, takes payment, issues the receipt, calculates and remits tax, and handles refunds and chargebacks. The buyer's payment belongs to AZET; the Creator is entitled to the payout in section 5.
  3. This is not a payment-processing service for the Creator. AZET does not hold funds on the Creator's behalf.

2. Creator's responsibilities and warranties

  • Own, or have all rights needed to grant, every product listed, and not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
  • Describe each product accurately (content, format, delivery method and schedule, requirements) and keep the description current.
  • Deliver live services and events as described, mark "service started" and "shipped" truthfully, and answer buyers' questions and refund requests within 1 business day.
  • Use buyers' personal data only to provide the product and handle support or refunds, and never for marketing without the buyer's consent.
  • Comply with the listing rules, Stripe's prohibited and restricted business rules and the card network rules that AZET passes on.

The Creator indemnifies AZET for losses, fines or chargebacks caused by a breach of these warranties.

3. Prohibited products

In addition to the products prohibited by our listing rules, the following cannot be sold through global checkout: sales of online traffic, followers, likes, reviews or other engagement; adult or sexually explicit content; gambling, betting, lotteries or random boxes; financial, trading or investment products or advice that promise returns; cryptocurrencies or NFTs; counterfeit, pirated or IP-infringing goods; personal data or account credentials; fortune-telling or psychic services presented as anything other than entertainment; and any other item on Stripe's prohibited or restricted business list unless AZET has written pre-approval. AZET may remove a listing, refund its buyers and withhold related payouts when it finds a prohibited product.

4. Fees

ItemAmount
AZET fee per paid order7.5% of the order amount + ₩500 (rounded to the nearest won). Covers payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, currency conversion and chargeback handling. No VAT is added to the fee.
TaxPrices are tax-inclusive. The tax AZET must collect for the buyer's location is deducted from the order amount before the payout.
Sign-up, listing, monthly feesNone
Partial refundsFee and tax are recalculated on the amount that remains; fully refunded orders have no fee.

Example: a ₩10,000 order with no tax for the buyer's location → fee ₩1,250 → payout ₩8,750. AZET will announce fee changes at least 30 days before they apply.

5. Payouts

  1. Payout for an order = order amount − refunds − AZET fee − tax collected. AZET pays it in Korean won by bank transfer (sent via Wise) to the Creator's own bank account in Korea.
  2. The account holder must be the identity-verified Creator (or the registered business). Payouts are held until identity and account are verified.
  3. Payout dates (Korea time) — files and products: orders on the 1st–7th → the 16th; 8th–15th → the 24th; 16th–23rd → the 1st of the next month; 24th–end of month → the 8th of the next month. Services and events (including subscriptions): 1st–15th → the 1st of the next month; 16th–end of month → the 16th of the next month. Bank processing may add a day or two.
  4. AZET bears currency-conversion and transfer costs. Test-mode and free orders are not paid out.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and clawbacks

  1. Buyers' refund rights are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Korean 환불 규정. AZET pays refunds to buyers. The Creator cannot refuse a refund for a product that is not as described or not delivered.
  2. If an order is refunded or charged back after it was paid out, AZET deducts the Creator's share of that order from the next payouts. If a negative balance remains, it carries over, and AZET may ask the Creator to repay it.
  3. For chargebacks caused by the Creator (product not as described, not delivered, infringing), the chargeback amount and Stripe's dispute fee are deducted. For fraud chargebacks that are not the Creator's fault, AZET bears the dispute fee.
  4. AZET may hold payouts for orders under an open refund request, a dispute or an investigation of prohibited products until it is resolved.

7. Taxes on the Creator's income

AZET handles taxes on sales to buyers. The Creator is responsible for taxes on its own payouts. AZET does not withhold income tax and does not issue tax invoices for sales to buyers; it can provide a payout statement for each payout.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time from the seller settings or by email. AZET may suspend listings or the account immediately for breach of sections 2 or 3, suspected fraud, or a request from Stripe or a card network. Orders paid before termination are still fulfilled by the Creator and paid out under section 5, less refunds and amounts owed.

9. Liability

Except for the Creator's indemnity and payment obligations, each party's liability under this agreement is limited to the fees AZET earned from the Creator in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law and changes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Mandatory laws of the Creator's country continue to apply. AZET may change this agreement with 7 days' notice (30 days for changes that are less favourable to the Creator, including fee increases); continuing to sell after a change takes effect means acceptance.
